About Hashta Generator
Hashta Generator is a free creator toolkit. It started as a hashtag generator and now also generates YouTube titles and descriptions, Studio tags, Shorts titles, Instagram captions and bios, and TikTok captions. The goal is useful writing help β not viral promises.
I built the first tool because every hashtag site I tried did one of two things: dump a giant generic list, or hide everything behind a signup wall. Neither helps when you're about to post and just need tags that match the niche.
What it does
You can generate hashtags for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or LinkedIn, generate YouTube titles and descriptions, write Instagram captions or a bio, or get a TikTok caption. Hashtag pages still exist for common niches. There is a separate wedding tool for couple hashtags.
See the tools directory for live tools and what is planned next.
How AI suggestions are evaluated
Titles and hashtags are starting points. After the model returns text, the server strips unsafe characters, drops empty or duplicate lines, and β for titles β counts characters and applies simple curiosity/readability heuristics. Those scores are not YouTube, Instagram, or Google metrics. If a result overpromises or does not match the video, rewrite it.
Limitations
The model can miss nuance, repeat a structure, or suggest a phrase that is already crowded. Rate limits and a spend cap keep the free API available; when the cap trips you may see a fallback list instead of a hard error. We do not claim ranking in search, YouTube, ChatGPT, Gemini, or AI Overviews.
Who it's for
Creators, small businesses, and anyone posting regularly who doesn't want to reinvent tags every time. You don't need an account.
How generation works
- You enter a niche (kept short on purpose β long prompts get messy).
- The server checks a cache for that niche + platform.
- If there's no cache hit, it asks the model for a fresh list, cleans invalid tags, and returns them.
Rate limits exist so the free API stays available. If the spend cap trips, you'll see a simple fallback list instead of a hard error.
